sometimes its faster, sometimes slower. dunno exactly how this thin works. but yea…pretty pitiful at the moment… 
During the week it is always slower, because the employees have to work on the systems

Queued over an hour, joined a game, went through a waypoint in first minute and game disconnected, back to 178 in the queue. Got on again and moments later, before I had got to my stash it crashed out again and back of the queue again - this is ridiculous!!! I did manage a game this morning, not sure if the progress saved as I never get a chance to check. Queue seems to go down at more than 1 minute per place. Surely you should be able to get 178 people out of the queue in minutes considering how often we get disconnected. Maybe 178 is the highest the queue can count and it really means 178,000?

Thanks for reminding me of the constant crashes, I’m not gonna do this shit again. I guess I’ll be better doing something else, I didn’t wanna play anyway! xD
186 now (I left the queue to post in the forum, just joined again to see where it stands).
It doesnt really matter, when the game crashes in 45 min, you will be back in the queue for a second round of waitting. Not does it matter, next time Blizz releases a game, all the suckers will be back at the stores…Go figure, and they say fish have a short term memory!
I got in, wait time was around 45 mins (or over 1 hour because I restarted the game) and the queue started updating more frequently… So as you guys said, I guess now I just pray I don’t get a crash, since I’ve had plans spending the evening playing this game!

ive had movement, went from 182 to 76 Na
Unfortunately, this is the only way I know to not get the queue. Just don’t log off ever. That way when you want to jump in to play for a bit, you have the game ready as it should be.
This is ridiculess . im stuck at 134 for 30 minutes . What have a paid i game for if i cant even play it propperly !!!
As I understand it, the problems have come from the people who make a game, do something like a Pindle run, quit then remake a new one. So these games get created frequently. Would it not work better to have a refresh server command so instead of having to leave the game and remake a new one, you could just type /reset and the server could just reset itself?
Also, please make the /players x command work online too, that’d be awesome
