Queue system is outrageous. But OK, if I have to wait 10-15 minutes I can deal with it. But now there are 460 people before me, It will log me maybe in 3 hours when I don’t have time to play anymore. Just great.

Today I was waiting for about an hour to get in the game, played for about 30 mins and then “Connection lost”, now 508 in queue so I think it take about 2hours of waiting…

Seriously… Q at 550 place. Waited 1.5 hours and got “Authentification failure” and welcome back to queue. U serious? That’s disgusting. I can’t see a chance to take it in a good way and think it’s for our user experience.
The remaster itself is awesome. Graphics, gameplay smoothness, a bit of QoL improvements .etc - good job really, that’s a pretty good revamp of old classic game.
But for god sake. You still can’t fix server capacity? Back to the old times those servers ran on a toaster and were capable of handling a big online with over 9000 games. Disappointment.

this new system is crap, cheapest version for a not tested problem, probably will be like this for a long time now, seeing the quality of blizzard work lately, unfortunately this company has almost nothing to do with the one that released d2 back in the days

2 hours Queue…for 25mins gameplay before game just suddenly closes it self and back to Que…i doubt we even need to tell thoughts about state of D2R now…

Waited in queue for a hour, after it finished for some reason it was not connected to battle.net and now I need to wait anothter 550+ peoples before me.
Thoughts? Totally garbage. Better let the servers go down constantly. D2 is not the easiest game, now its even hard to start playing it. Perfect.

I went for a walk but comeon this is ridiculous.
Ppl who have just an hour or so to play can forget about this game.
It is a real scandal.
Nowhere they stated the game would have such a queue.
Now that they have our money they just ignore us.

The exact same thing happened to me just now. It was better before, when you could actually play the game. Even if that means servers down 3 hrs a day. My play window is closed now and I haven’t played a single minute. This is not fair, what did I pay for? To play when Blizzard wants me to play, not when I want???
I can provide feedback. Last night I logged in to do a few runs in the veeery early morning (like 2-3 a.m.). There was no queue. Unsurprisingly. Today I log in and get put at 500+ queue.
Guess what, I bet the NA queue is non-existant at this hour. How about the juggle the characters somehow and let you log in in EU but to the US servers with your EU character and vice versa. I mean, at the moment the NA servers are probably empty and idling while we are waiting hours here in EU for ours to handle it. If they don’t intend to expand the server capacity (gotta buy those yachts), then at least do some programming magic and balance the load on all servers all the time. There would be lag, yes, but maybe put a “Get me in!” button for those that can’t wait and/or only have a few minutes/hours a day to play so they can at least PLAY and not sit in queues.

I’ve heard queues over 1k already. This is insane. People don’t have infinite time to spare waiting…
D2 SP is looking more and more enticing to most players now.

The queue system is ridiculous. People who come home from work and want to play for an hour or two have no chance whatsoever. When you finally get into the game your “playtime” is over. You need to fix this now or start to accept refunds.
