My position in the queue doesnt even change, stuck at the same possition forever… or are they just to stupid to make it a working countdown? a good preview of what diablo 4 will be like… not going to buy that.
Usually works, but today I got this same issue that the queue doesnt move.
And if I re-open the client im positioned even further behind.

Yeah, they are. In 45 minutes, it only refreshed 2 more times for me: 210 then 85, then 2.
Horrible queue, 45 minutes to go in at 16:00 of a working monday in EU.

blizzard have no excuse. they have over 20 years of experience in multiplayer games. They decided that D2R would be online only by removing the local servers. Now they have to make their choices. Pay back those who want them because the problems have been going on for too long. One big lack of respect for the fans and those who paid 40eu this scam

They’re definitely waiting on the player base to drop off rather than sorting this mess out.
I’d like to be able to do some pit runs when I’ve got 30 mins to spare but with these queues you’ve no chance.
The only way around it is to either log on an hour before you wanna play or never log out leaving your pc on which i assume will just exacerbate the problem for other people.
Please blizzard, the team who remastered daiblo 2 did a great job, dont tarnish their hard work with your poor servers/ customer interaction
i dont think blizzard cares, they have sold enough d2r copies now.

Start today with queue 180, error,
Then queue 215, error
Then queue 83, error
Now queue 81 and 3 hours later. Hope I will come in now…

took a bit of a break to play another game and came back today…was 47 in queue and sat for 15 minutes before i quit…i wont be playing any blizzard games at all until this is fixed. i didnt pay for a game, to sit in a queue…at 8am …not even a prime time…i feel sorry for anyone trying to log in at 5pm after work…Blizzard, you screwed up

for me i never move forward in the queue either i can start as 115 one hour later im still 115, nice system…

We are no longer in the 90s Blizzard wake up.
You should refund everyone and make the game free, I wouldn’t be mad at being in the queue.

Blizzard doesn’t do anything about the queues. they’ve been exactly the same for weeks. they just don’t care. they think it will solve itself when the players who have already paid stop to play.
Imagine what the queues will be like when the season starts.

Bro, same happened to me today
i queued for 1 and a half hour and when i got in i didnt have any characters for som reason så start over agin…
I logged in at 16:00, at 16:47 the queue was finally through.
However, I had a black screen for 2 minutes and then the game loaded, but I didn’t see any characters or could do anything.
After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to start the game again. And what do I see? 100 more positions in the queue than last time, that’s at least 1 hour waiting time…
How can this still not be fixed after a few weeks?
All other Blizzard games it works and there, the number of players will also be much higher.
At my age you only have time to play a round sporadically and not half the day.
I would have had one hour and unfortunately I had to spend it in the queue.
As you can see from my account, I have been a fan of Blizzard games for a long time and spent a large part of my youth with Diablo 2. I think I bought the game for sure 5-7 times + exp.
I would really like to see these problems fixed quickly. My lifetime is too valuable to waste and I suspect many old veterans will feel the same way.

had the exact same problem, so now im back in queue question is will it happen again after 1h and 30mins…
since i cant even join games right know which i typed manually the game as become a lot less fun. Baalruns are absolute pain on hell right know.
