As a casual, i played my character for weeks while found a lot of good equip.
After todays login, my char got reset from lvl 70 to 22 and the items are gone.
I wrote a ticket to blizzard costumer service, asking for help (12 hours ago).
Still no answer. And on my account it say, i dont have any open tickets.
So i ask just here: Blizzard Support, can i please get my Charakter and items back?

Happend to me to had just played through nm to be able to baal run .
when i logged in the next day i was back at a1 nm and all quest progress lost…
would like a refund on the if it happens again currently hardly worth playing if you can save your progress

From 70 to 22 is a wierd rollback, everyone got rollbacks these days but from my experience we lost 2 hours of progress not that much progress, wonder if they can help you but they prob wont be able to do anything. I decided yest to stay away from the game for a week at least till they sort it out, Losing gear and progress is not fun

Glad to see I am not the only one having these issues. Not a single explanation, not a single apology, not a single commitment to fix the issue that WILL be plaguing this game as far as it seems. This is the new norm I guess.

If these rollbacks are around two or three hours of progress lost, i would be ok with that.
Still not nice, but i would understand it because obviously blizzard having massive problems with the servers.
But this bad gaming experience of weeks of character progression and items lost, is just unaccepable. If Blizzard can’t restore this huge amount of playtime, i 'am going to refund my copys of d2 ressurected - Both for PC and for PS5.
Maybe i come back in a year or two, when the server run stable.
