There are SO many people with these problems and you link a connection guide. Like come on dude.
-“Reset network devices” - obviously started by doing this
-“if you are using a wireless connection” Ofcourse i am not.
-“Update drivers etc” my system is always up to date
-“Renew ip and flush DNS” - i am on a fixed ip address but i tried from a different system with dhcp and got the same result(still within my home ofc)
-“close all other apps” tried it - no effect.
Now its your turn Blizzard. Show us you have become better and start working to fix YOUR problems
I have the same problem with “Your connection has been interrupted” more or less every few minutes. I ran a continuous ping towards eu.battle.net while playing, and just when I had my connection interrupted, the ping looks like this…

Notice the bold parts, where the connection is interrupted. Now this is a ping done outside the game, so the servers aren’t responding at all occasionally. Why this only happens to some of us though, I have no idea.
I have similar issue. As soon as i enter any game, regardless it was created by me or not, i get disconnected.
However. i discovered that switching to legacy mode fixes the issue, and i can play for several hours straight without any problems. Just need to do it before i get disconnected.
Now, any time i switch back to “normal” mode, i get disconnected after several seconds.
Sounds like you were getting disconnected when playing Diablo II Resurrected. I definitely know that it is never fun when you run into issues like this, and I want to let you know that we will do everything in our power to help you get it resolved. Based on the symptoms you describe and after looking over your files, here’s what I would recommend.
• Try rebooting with Selective Startup:
This can be used to close out background processes and non-Microsoft services that could be interfering with the connection or the game client.
Press Windows Key+R.
Type msconfig and press Enter.
Select Selective startup and uncheck Load startup items.
Select the Services tab.
Check Hide all Microsoft services.
Note: Skipping this step may prevent your computer from rebooting correctly.
Click Disable all.
Click Apply then click OK.
Click Restart.
• Reset the network configuration in Windows 10:
Go to Start → Settings → Network & Internet → Network reset
Proceed with the prompts and restart the computer.
• Power Cycle your network devices to refresh the connection:
Shut down all computers connected to the modem/router.
Power down and unplug the modem and the router if you’re using one.
Allow to sit for 60 seconds unplugged.
Plug in and turn on the modem and router, and allow them to completely boot up until the front panel connection lights on the modem show a steady connection.
Start the computer and allow it to completely boot up.
Hopefully this will help get you back to gaming. If you need further assistance please get back to us with a new set of MSINFO and DXDIAG files, or mark this ticket as resolved if this clears up the problem. Have a good one!
I got a reply last week, but it didnt work!!! this is not an internet issue from client end. I already used different network connections and still get the same results. How do you explain that?? I also installed the game on different pc with same result!!! do you guys even have a lab for testing???
I am able to make games/join games, but without fail every 1-3 minutes of being in game it kicks me out and says “your connection has been interrupted” Now I use 100up/down broadband, so it is not a connection issue on my end for slow/faulty internet. I assume it is on blizzards end, but other ppl are playing and games are/have been open for long lengths of time. So just curious why most ppl are able to play just fine.
