Error 1016 when idle for a short while

Notorious Error 1016, cant play new season

Hello, I have same problem and I tried everything, I just contacted my ISP, but seems that problem is with “prs-bb4-link (.) telia (.) net” - because when I tried the recommended test with WinMTR - on “prs-bb4-link (.) telia (.) net” there is 90% packet loss… And there is nothing I can do with it. I play solo, on PC I have this problem, funnily while playing Diablo 3 in couch play on PS4, I get no disconnection even in 4hour sessions (I guess it uses different servers, so it does not go through…
