By anychance you have slow login to on retrieving character list ? also feels like there aren’t many players anymore at most only 11 playing greater rift at highest torment at this moment.
i did finish gr solo 122 more than 3 time and it doesn’t update in the ladder
and i have seen its a common problem since many ppl complained regarding the same issue .

I solo 2 times now to make sure I did increase the level, but still not updating.
Did yesterday evening, and this morning twice !
Was around 08:25 or so.
I got a Screenshot as proff where I completed a 107 but still personal best is 106.
But I can’t add it to the post !!

I just finished a GR 123 for the 1st time and it’s not saved on my profile (EU server)
Also I didnt get that little message about your personal best when you beat a new GR level.
EDIT: WTF, I just saw that the blue reply is dated june 23rd, it’s august 8th by now !
The Blizzard response to the old thread some of you replied to was not related to this new situation. I’ve split that old post, and merged a couple of related threads into this one. The issue is being investigated, thank you for letting us know.

Sooo after todays issues with EU servers I finally got to play. Went in and started my solo 150 barbarian trihard session. And I actually manage to clear it within time. But it didn’t register my clear.
IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO?! I have video proof of me getting the gemups at the end. I have no clue what else to do than reach out here!
Did you go normal rend build for this mate ,or you make some changes to build to take advantage of condi and theme for boss ? I’m going to have a play around with it myself once servers are working properly again as give up fishing for now ,had a few 150 clears with clan not registering and solo 132 with barb also ,its hard enough as it is for barb to fish for right maps and mobs plus condi for it not to count on leaderboards , by the looks of it no response from blizzard
Just the normal rend build mate. I am on the leaderboards on EU with a 142 clear, it’s that exact setup I did the 150 with.

I have had the same problem, happened to me many times on my wizard. This time it happened on my Necro twice in a row, while struggling to climb on the leaderboards, I finally managed to clear a 123 in good time, which should’ve placed me on #240 EU. It’s not showing as my best run or in leaderboards, this is literally killing the game right now, there is NO POINT in playing anymore if this happens this frequently. For some reason, I can’t post a link with the screenshot, anyone knows why or what can I do?

just cleared Gr130 in 13:40 for the second time and still not recorded
Same problem with my demonhunter minutes ago, cleared 135 in solo, but haven´t received the success.
Ok so now that we had a response, is the records we got that wasn’t saved going to be saved after fix or is that just gone now? My shards upgraded to solo 138 but lb stil shows only 134. and when can we push solo again? Dont want to go through the hours of farming for a 140 solo on Crusader and then it doesnt count again.
In the past, when we had the same issue, the new records were lost and had to be re-done.
I suspect that it will be the same this time… 
(yeah, I know, not the answer you (nor I) wanted to hear…
