Hot damn this bug is annoying. And it’s happened several time in the past year! I don’t see how the solution isn’t known yet.

The blood shard cap is being correctly updated with new record solo clears, so there is server-side data to base back tracking on.

Your bloodshard cap reflects the highest ever GR you’ve ever solo’d, but not what hero you were on when you did so, so your cap can’t be used to work out what your GR record and/or leaderboard placement should have been.

I guess that is a fair point!
Hope it gets fixed soon anyway. I’ve been putting off playing for more than a week now, cause what’s the point right now

Just cleared gr131 with DH Time 14.26.915 have screenshot
am now sitting at 984 0n leaderboard for my gr130, if this is not fixed soon I will be off the leaderboard, it has been over 6 days
please fix your servers.

Although it is true that the D3Debug.txt log file can be manually edited, it should be noted that this log file is refreshed each time the game is launched. For example, after completing the tier 54 gRift shown above, I exited the game and re-launched it again. My D3Debug.txt file now contained :

The list of heroes contains the highest tier level reached for solo rift for each hero… in this case, my seasonal hero is listed last (MaBarbareXXI).

The point I am trying to make is “Where does that data come from”. I’m pretty sure they are not on my PC (I did search)… so where do they come from ? I can only assume that they reside somewhere on the Diablo III servers… somewhere accessible to the game since they are copied to the D3Debug.txt file when the game launches. The D3Debug log file does not seem to contain the time required to complete the maximum solo rift, nor any info on the non-solo rifts… but perhaps that information is also available from the Diablo III servers.

Could Customer Support ask the developpers to provide some code that would, once this issue is settled, automatically update the Greater Rift information so that it reflects the data held on the game servers ?

I play season so the highest clear I’ve done solo reflects on my shards. Luckily i’m able to do the 140 solo, had a couple of good tries so its not that big a loss. But we helped a friend and got a sub 10 mins run on 150 and it doesn’t show on the LB for him, got 3 better times for him tonight and not 1 record for him? Can you guys please give feedback ob how long its going to take to fix this issue, i really want to solo but i cant because the LB is broken

I Cleared 135 solo and didnt get listed. Why am i playing the game?

FYI i logged on to a different pc and the D3debug file updated from highestSoloRift=130 to highestSoloRift=131
so info is defiantly logged server side but not on the leaderboard

After the tricky “15 minute server maintenance” the leaderboard STILL NOT working! Looks like there is a too hard job… If X higher than Y just change X to Y.

Hello there.

I got completed solo 120-122 and 124 with my Witch Doctor today and it’s not updated on my profile and on ladder. I also completed solo 75 and 80 with my necromancer for the first time and it’s not even updated on my profile again.

We need fix about this Blizzard Tech Support…

I completed a greater rift 131 on EU. In fact I did 130 and 131 afterwards, non of them recorded. So my personal best stands as 129…

Blizzard should really know how to fix this by now, because this has happened several times long before this season started. New additional errors introduced this season is the BIG FREEZE and loot almost never show in party chat. The latter has been a reported bug for a long time, only now it’s worse than ever.

Edit: FYI, another returning bug - it takes several minutes to log in most times, stuck at retrieving hero list.

Аналогичная ситуация. Неделю назад закрыл 133 великий портал за 14:36, но результат не попал в таблицу лидеров. Буквально десять минут назад закрыл 134 великий портал за 13:56, результат снова не попал в таблицу. Руки опускаются.

Hi Blizzard just want to now, will this be fixed before the end of the season 21 or can we just call it done as there is no reason to keep playing?

Its almost 2 weeks for this problem and about 1.5 month left till season end. So I believe it will be not fixed in time ( this season).
In past seasons was also some errors like connection problems. They was fixing few months.

Happened again… cleared a 135 with my DH, it didn’t register as a new record and can only see my 134 clear from earlier today… This needs fixing ASAP guys, it’s crippling the game.

Same problem here. GR clear not updating in personal record; no notification of new record…
