Primal/ ancient probability

We need to increase the Prime and ancient probability because its not fair to pay tons of hours from my life to the game which i love and respect for nothing usefull i have farming from 2 weeks and with tons of material thousand of reforging and kadala without any good prime, the problem is when i have a chance to get prime it can be for onther class or another set so i need to play 24/7 for years to get some primes ?! i just need to know does it will effect the game or blizzard badly if you increased the probability or atleast increase the chance for each try i make. guys when i get prime i am not using your own money so please we play for tons of hours and we pay our life cost " time" at least give us what we want.
i am not waiting the answer of iam just unlucky person because even if iam unlucky in the real world just give me some luck in the game at least give us what we ask for because it’s not fair its not fair its not fair.
please instead of give me that answer just have a look and redesign the mechanism of it please.
i am fan of diablo and i play it since of diablo 2 but unfortunately i will leave the game today because i paid alot of time for nothing in return even in the game.

Looking at your seasonal Necro - Devil - it has a rank 117 gem in one the rings. That means you could certainly speed-run GR90s in 3-4 minutes per run, obtaining 12+ legendaries per run. That’s 15-20 runs per hour, or 180-240 legendaries per hour. So, in 2 hours, you could easily obtain 400 legendaries.

Ancients are 1 in 10 legendaries.
On average, from 400 legendaries, you’d get 40 ancients.

Primals are 1 in 400 legendaries.
On average, from 400 legendaries, you’d get 1 primal.

Are you really saying that an average of 1 primal and 40 ancients every 2 hours isn’t enough?

Anyway, not a Technical Support issue.
The drop rate isn’t faulty.

Sir,
Kindly accept my objection for this calculation because it’s working theoretically but practically its not working at all.
For example at the moment i have 60% chance to upgrade my gem and i have 5 chances so with the equation 2 or 3 should be success but actually the 5 failed to upgrade while the upgrade rate is 60% actually i got before 2 fail with upgrade chance 80%.
So that doesnot mean if i reforged 10 time i will must get an ancient because i already did that in my RING and all the day farming and failed to got an ancient ring.
what iam saying that the game is perfect and blizzard is my best company and diablo one of my best game with warcraft so with all my respect i am just asking for looking forward to give us more just little more chance to get an item especially when i reforge for every time my chance increase to get what i want or even an event or an option to replace 10 prime or 5 for one for my set.
i am not asking for too much and please remember we are paying tons of time and hours for this.
By the way thanks for your fast response.

I’m not going through this all again. Check out this recent thread…

Pay attention to the parts involving Expected Values.

Aaahaha he called meteor “sir”

Oh rings / amulets is a touchy subject. I think it is even hard to get a legendary with proper stats in some cases. Pesonally, i don’t have trouble with ancients, they seem to drop pretty frequently. I get the feeling that it is indeed 1/10 chances like meteor said. Primals are indeed very rare but that is the point, they are meant to be the top quality items of the game. However, keep in mind some properly rolled ancients will still perform amazingly, especially for body armor slots, (pants, shoulders, torso, etc.) they aren’t really lacking compared to primals. Most good ancients will be half a dozen paragon points below a primal. Weapons are nice though. I love when i find a primal weapon i can use. For me the problem is you cannot do anything if the item that you want happened to drop primal but with too many undesired affixes. If it were up to me, i would make it so that reforging a primal in the cube would give you the same primal guaranteed but with other stats so you can get finally the version you want and make the recipe more expensive for balance, but that is entirely subjective. I am not saying it should be implemented in the game or anything, just a preference of mine.
