I have 48GB of RAM
Crashed with the same error in one of the first lilith cutscenes.
4090 and 32GB of ram.

Game maxes out vram even with everything on low, I don’t have memory “leak” tho, still annoying and causes stuttering.
Same here.

Two attempts, same result - ended with a crash. Also Chrome is getting crashed, and the second time Steam crashed also.
At this moment I’m just scared to run another attempt, because of the rumors that GPU gets fried and now it’s RAM, I suppose. I’d recommend to wait for a while.
Also, the first Beta ran more or less fine. I’ve got my lvl.25. had huge RAM lags, a lot of crashes during teleportations. But today it just won’t run. One week passed, but the game got worse, not better.
Blizzard quality)
UPD: Third attempt. It loaded the menu, but as soon as you press the “create new character” button, it crashes at that very moment. Out of memory again. Piece of garbage, what more can you say.

3 attempts
1º waited 30 minutes on queue just to watch the trailer and crash
2º waited 20 minutes on queue just to create the char and crash
3º waited 56 minutes on queue just to see the beginning of the first cutscene and crash
currently waiting more 44 minutes on queue and not even had the chance to play the game.
Can you Run Diablo IV? Puts things in perspective, doesn´t it?
4º I was able to see my char and then got a message the game is corrupted requiring me to repair it!
Same here. 32 GB of RAM, RTX 3080Ti, i9-10940X.
Got out of memory crash as well. Started game again and on my loading/waiting screen I am having those stats atm:
GPU MEM: 3794 MB
RAM: 11865 MB
I have ISLC running in the background and hopefully, it will help. Fingers crossed.
Same problem, but it seems VRAM Leak.
My system:
Ryzen 5900x
32 GB RAM
RTX 3080 - 10 GB VRAM
In high textures after few minutes game slowdown.
I change to medium textures > all works fine…after 1-2 hours same slowdown.
I change to low textures > after X time same slowdown and game freezed. I can’t test it anymore because there are 120minutes of queue to login.
I monitored VRAM consumption and in all cases around 70% average and after several minutes 98% of use.
Seems VRAM memory leak at least for me.
That’s a good spot - I will monitor my VRAM usage when I get in. Weirdly last weekend, during the early access beta, I didn’t have any out-of-memory issues. I was playing most of the day without interruption.
Sadly we have no further news on this, but are continuing to investigate. Please do keep the reports coming though.

I bet there a RAM leak regarding the super high quality textures…

Yes, happens to me after playing for a few hours too. My PC just restarts. I really hope for Blizzard that this will not damage my system. They are aware of these issues and decided to run the open beta anyway.
Most of Blizzards games have had memory leaks or shader issues, yet they got no more info to share about this? It’s a basic thing to fix.
I just got back to the game and my stats are:
VRAM - 6953 MB
RAM - 15010MB
Textures quality on Medium.
We will see…
I think the high-resolution textures are to blame. When running with them, the game used 7.8 GB of video memory and this is only in the menu. After deleting them, there are only 5 GB
Still uses insane vram without High Texture Pack and even when it’s set to Low.
yes, i play in window vram usage 7.7
