Enough with the objectives, the events and the cursed shrines and chests. Enough with the locked doors, missing keys, animus carriers and kill all enemies. Enough with the annoying affixes.
In Diablo 3 i could spam rifts all day long and never get bored, in Diablo 4, i run 3-4 dungeons and im already sick of them.
Why are you trying so hard to slow down this game? By all means keep the 100+ dungeons you added to the game, but please remove anything from them, that slows the player down.
I waited years for Diablo 4 and now that its here, im just looking forward to the next Diablo 3 season.
This is what happens when you take inspiration from World of Warcraft, & ignore one of the best features of Diablo 3.
Dungeons should not have affixes & chores to do inside them, they should be a straight up dungeon where you fight through mobs to get to an end boss.
Remove Sigils & introduce a Dungeoneer NPC in Major Cities where we can select a Dungeon, & a starting level & we can progress from there. When you complete a dungeon it unlocks a higher difficulty.
This would have the added bonus of being able to target loot drops, rather than having to rely on randomly getting a sigil for the dungeon you want to run.
D3 is way better than D4, if it had controller support, I would never play D4 again. I had to stop playing games with keyboard and mouse as it hurts my arm.
I would be happy if they just did the following:
Sort the levelling out, it should not take so long to level, needs to be at least 10X.
Add auto grouping so solo players can choose to play in a group with other solo players.
Get rid of ND Sigils, why would anyone add that shit? Players just want to select a Dungeon that might drop something useful.
I think they were going to add loot boxes and xp booster to the store but dropped them and never changed the game. I will never understand why anyone would buy in-game items but apparently a lot do which is why gamming is so ****ed.

They chose not to support the random dungeon segment stitching you get in D3 because the D4 dungeons would be so gorgeous you wouldn’t care that you were running the exact same path … again… and again… and again…

I wish I were joking but… this is exactly how out of touch/delusional the thinking was behind this game.
Its a game, they can do whatever they want, its just a matter of putting the right people on the job.
Besides, with the large ammount of dungeons in the game we dont need randomized dungeons, All I want is for them to remove the roadblocks that prevent us from speeding through the dungeons
Having randomized dungeon actually adds nothing. Only thing it adds is confusion.
However they failed static dungeons too. I prefer static dungeons but objectives should not be: go get this and run back with it etc.
Static dungeon objectives should be hidden.

Find a way how to run this dungeon 2x faster by taking right routes.

Dungeon itself is a objective. Lets say you have 10 different recources that you need but are rare in open world so you go to specific dungeon to farm it up fast. this means that you have the objective and dungeon allows you to finish it. not that dungeon has the objectives that are pointless for you.
Conclusion: Static dungeons are better if they are built in a way that allows players to learn them and allows players to profit from getting better at the dungeon. Static dungeons with quest inside that simply blocks players from moving forward, without any reward is obviously negative.
Randomized dungeons give illusion of being different while not being different. Random dungeon removes the chance of being more skillful in dungeon but is still better than diablo dungeon because it has no positive points of static dungeon and adds negative chore to it.
Just explaining why on paper i would like to have static dungeons but im not feeling the good points of them in diablo.
Big yes to removing those damn objectives after beating the dungeon first time. So damn frustrating that I stopped playing
I don’t know why blizzard didn’t go with nephalem/Greater rifts formula it works in a terms of constant end game
They only needed to adjust how fast you can gear yourself in those 2 modes
Because in Diablo 3 those 2 things are a lot of fun but what ruined for me was the insta getting Set and obliterating the game within 3 hours of season launch…
I don’t know how to explain this but Diablo was always FUN when only objective in the game was Slaying demons nothing else
Scrap rifts and give us a dungeon.
All this and: Trash D4 and add some more end game options to D3.
if this is really your only objective then you can do this in any diablo or in any other copy game of diablo. just go run around in open world and slay the mosters, its fun.
Or there is some objectives? Ig not go slay the monsters, dont waste time in forums
I thought I was the only one annoyed by stupid dungeons with the worst game design in the world. Previously, Blizzard was a sign of quality, but now it has become the worst company that does not know how to make games at all and does everything inside the game to piss off the players and they got tired of playing in half an hour and went back to Diablo 3 or Pat of Exile

Yeah, thanks for the comment but I will be marking it as somewhat insane.
D3 is officialy done after 10 years of content support, next season(the one on current ptr) will be last season for D3, from that point on it is only D4 that will get new content.

Diablo since it’s inception was about slaying demons that was only objective
Objective in D4 are overwhelming and cringe
most of the time you find yourself runing around without touching MOBS because you need to finish something fast so you can progress further into the dungeon
that’s not fun i play for the loot and demon slaying
And trust me most of the people that played Diablo 2/3 POE or any other ARPG are all about monster slaying and looting their corpses for the juicy loot
NOT even GGG was that stupid to put objectives like this into their game

I can farm the whole game if I want to, depends on what I am looking for in D2. And they are random as well in online D2.
I don’t like being afk in town, doing the only 1 end game possible by touching an obelisk or doing the same exact NM dungs.

Besides you can see what game survived and be crowed for over 2 decades and what game died very fast.
