Same here on android phone after a ranked game it just freezes.

Same here. Samsung Galaxy A5. Started a week ago. Can’t play. Game has been reinstalled, but the problem wasn’t fixed :confused: PS. Temperature of my mobile phone raised drastically.

Something to try on android…go to settings - Apps - Hearthstone - Permissions - allow storage. Might help…let me know.
