I’m sorry to hear you’re still having issues
As I said before, we’re still looking into this issue. It doesn’t appear to be massively widespread yet, or if it is, we simply don’t have much info on it.
Did you try all the troubleshooting steps?
Tried reinstalling the game?
Tried checking for updates for iOS?
Tried the specific Apple troubleshooting on the link?
We could do with a little more info on what you’ve tried so we can get more specific with you. You said something seemed to work for a while earlier.
From reading the forums here and in US, it is extremely widespread in iPad. Maybe our definition of “widespread” is different, I accept that, but this issue is being experienced by a lot of people.
I’ve done everything suggested with no changes. My experience of these issues over the past year tells me doing all this stuff is pointless. A fix will magically appear in a patch and no admission of an error will come, but things will suddenly be fixed.
My irritation is that these stability issues are becoming more common, and more prolonged in their effect when they appear. Thanks for your responses and I hope you have a lovely Christmas.
I’ve got all iOS updates as this is something I always do . I’ve reinstalled game numerous times. Rebooting iPad and fresh install of iPad and iPhone has also done nothing. I’ve done all things asked. Game ran perfectly before last update , I think the problem lies there somewhere.
Wondering where we are with this? This still crashes for me at least 1 to 2x’s per game. Is there any resolution… or hot fix? Or is Blizzard just hoping it goes away? The game feels very unstable right now. Devs, thoughts?
Confirming this happens ALL THE TIME to both me and my wife on our respective iPads. We basically lose three or four games a day to disconnects. Often the game then gets into a ‘crash cycle’ and we have to leave it alone for 30 minutes or so before we try to log in again.
Same here-game crashes at the beginning of every 2nd-3rd march, when i try to use card (hover on it to enlarge). Have latest iOS(12.4 for my iPad air) installed.
Same here. If I touch a card to enlarge it, it seems to crash instantly. I’m wondering why there has been no updates or word from the Devs on this. Even to let us know that they are “working on it” would be great.
I’m having the same issue, it seems to always be when I touch the bottom of the screen/my cards. I can reconnect to my game when I open the app again, but I’m loosing a turn… Everything use to work just fine before the last few updates…
Adding another vote to this. We have 3 iPads in our household and all of them have been crashing every few games since the Dec 19 update. This is likely affecting every iPad user out there.
I also have these constant crashes om my iPad. It happens most often when clicking cards in My Decks and when dragging cards during play in any play mode.
It started after iOS Update 13.3.
Just adding another voice to the cry for help which is hopefully not landing on deaf ears. Cannot play a game on my iPad Pro (the only device I play on) without a crash followed by a frantic restart of the app to try to get reconnected in time to do something meaningful before the rope burns down. The crash almost always happens right at the beginning of a turn, the first time I touch the screen that turn.
I have lost to many games in arena because of this crash if you can check you can see it and i dont have much gold i am making super decks and im losing because of the crash thing can you please fix this and give my gold back
Same issue here, iPad Air, latest IOS, random crashes mainly in normal mode, usually at the start of the game when hovering over a card. Happened in single player a bunch as well. I’d say this happens 3 out of every 4 games for me.
Tried rebooting the iPad multiple times and have since reinstalled HS twice.
Have played HS on the iPad for numerous years and it has never crashed this frequently.
