It’s taking too long. I only can play this game on iPad, so I’m losing my quests and probably will lose my season card back if the problem persists. This is offensive to the costumers.

Any updates on the app crashing on the iPad? I wish I can at least play adventure mode but even there is constantly crashes. It’s been almost a month, we paid money for the expansion and for the single player adventures, at least we deserve constant updates on the situation.
Are you just waiting for the release of the new adventure mode to release a fix then? That’s another 2 weeks from now…

Can we have an update on this issue. We are not getting any response or updates which I find unacceptable from a company like this . Like others I’ve paid good money and deserve at least a reply. Losing games on ranked due to this crash without any reply is starting to get beyond a joke . Please start thinking about all your frustrated customers.

Dear Blizzard/Hearthstone,
Please look at the numerous individuals from all over the world that are indicating to you that there is a “serious” bug that is incessantly causing game crashes. When my friend first updated to the latest patch he indicated this problem to me. I just thought it was an isolated problem. When I updated (Biggest mistake ever), I constantly crash. I really like to ask your team to own up and accept that there is clearly an issue that requires your assistance to resolve this problem. Alot of players (myself included) spend their hard earned money on your games and services. Please can you rectify this issue as its going on since the ending of last year. With respect… an avid Hearthstone player

It’s happening more frequent now. About 4 times in less than 15 minutes. I’m seriously at a loss. Have updated all iPad updates, turned on and off, reinstalled hearthstone like 3 times. Help us, if there is an issue, let us know so we aren’t swimming in the dark.

It’s been crashing for me for a while now. Usually early on in a match, and when I touch a card at the bottom of the screen. I have an iPad Pro that it’s always worked great on until recently. I’m playing on my android phone until this is resolved.

The crashing when swiping up from the bottom is still happening. Also, I had it crash three times while tapping to add cards in Arena deck building.

Disappointing that this has not been fixed yet.
Although its only a minor inconvenience, it puts iPad Pro players at a disadvantage and delays the game for the opponent.

A minor inconvenience? Speak for yourself. During today’s tavern brawl I’m in round five and the game has crashed five times in that journey.
So that’s five crashes in 15 minutes. And this has been going for a month.
A MONTH!

One month already and the game is almost unplayable. Iphone, Ipad pro and ipad air 2, all of them crashing. Obviosly blizzard doesnt give a s**t about the players so my suggestions would be for everyone affected, go to the app store and leave a proper rating for a crushy game. Maybe the ratings in the app store will make them think about the community.
Or maybe we should throw some money, obviously blizz likes them moneyz.

Same issues here. Constant crashes! Now I cannot play at all! Every time I open the games keeps reconnecting to tavern brawl and once it reaches the stage to choose which cards to keep game crashes and exits. I restarted my iPad. Same. I deleted and reinstalled the game. Exactly same issue. Now same reconnecting to tavern brawl happens on my iPhone too. Did the same restart phone reinstalled app, nothing works!! Please fix this ASAP. This never happened in the 4 years I’ve been playing this game!

Have same problems with iphone… every time i tried to get in taver brawl on bobs taver it always crashes! With my brothers iphone aswell

Same thing here. Hs keeps opening and then crashing during mulligan phase of tavern brawl both on my ipad an iphone. Endless loop and unable to play… reinstall game doenst help and both ipad and iphone are on top specs and configuration

Same problem here. Turn 1-2 are the worst, hovering on cards in my hand and/or dragging them to the battlefield triggers the issue. A quicker gesture seems to mitigate the problem, at times.

This problem is not going away so a reply would be nice just to let us know how you’re going on fixing the issue. Ignoring everyone is making it worse and spoiling a great game which is virtually unplayable due to crashes which lose matches. I certainly won’t be spending another penny while the game is in this state.Its such a shame

sane for me, then I deleted the app and after I reinstalled in and login I also lost all my cards, hero levels etc. WTF?
Please update the app already blizzard! Been a month and no fix?! Terrible.
Ipad 5th gen, ios 13.3 here. Crashes has occurred everytime i play since installed hs, for over a year now. Havnt played it much for a long period due to these sporadic crashes but picked it up again before last xmas. The crashes are death for arena and ranked, thus i only play battleground and solos. Crashes occur infrequently, but seem to be triggered more often if i tap the screen quickly or do a quick swipe. It has lost me many games. No fixes have worked. Although it crashes all the time and have always done so for me, these last few weeks it has been much more frequently happening and is more likely to happen several times in a row. I have to say i am not impressed to see this is so common by people playing on ios and that there is no solution to this problem yet.
Keep crashing for me too. Not my ipad since it’s brand new. Was wondering and now that i looked it up i saw it’s been a problem for more than a month. WOW fix this please!!!
+1 on crashing issues. It started around the date the first post was opened. I’ve more or less stopped playing on the ipad. How dare you make me spend time with my family and friends!
