My shop always closed after 29.2 patch, I can’t fix it.
Same here, reinstalled everything etc to no avail…
same problem can’t access arena because shop closed
So after the last update my shop is closed.
My arena run ended and i got a ticket witch i was able to use but after that no more arena for me.
I’ve tried all the essential tricks i can like re-install, log out/in etc but nothing is working cause the problem looks like it comes from the server…
Please do something about it…
Same problem here, on Mac. The store is closed and arena is unplayable (doesn’t allow me to buy a pass). And it also seems like in the ranked game I’m playing against bots. Interesting enough, when I switch to America’s server, everything works fine. I’m located in Europe.
Exact same problem for me
Unable to play Arena since update because shop closed. Mac user (Paris, France). Spent 2-3 hours reinstalling everything, clearing cache and writing a support ticket. Soon weekend and no words from Blizzard. Let’s go already!

There is a known issue with the shop currently affecting the Mac Desktop client and you’ll need to use the web or mobile client for purchases while we work to address it.

Hi! It cant be this hard for u guys and coders to fix this problem? I only play Arena… and now i cant play… And i wont play on my IPHONE… Please fix this with a small update for Mac players??

So, it has been 15 days since the last patch, you released 1 battle.net update and 3 hearthstone updates (very small around 10mb) so far and yet the shop is still closed.
I don’t know if that’s because of the acquisition from Microsoft (messing around with MacOs users) but i know that if David Brevik was still there, you (the developers team) would have to choose between going home (for good) or stay there and work until the bug is fixed. No matter what the story is, this bug here shows how low the company has gonne.
The shop is still closed for Mac users can someone please sort this out got some gold that I want to spend on packs so I can Enjoy playing with the new cards please sort this out the sooner the better Blizzard!!!

I have this issue as well…
I recently got into mac, I want to buy the new Ner’zhul skin, but I don’t want to dust off my Windows PC… the battle.net client doesn’t offer Hearthstone skins.
