I have the same problem in my Mac shop is always closed after the last update

same here - mac user and the arena is STILL not working across all servers after trying everything

I guess we are a (very small) minority since Blizzard isn’t alarmed from the loss of revenue. Shop (and most importantly arena) has been down for a while now for MAC users.

it’s been 3 weeks and still no updates about this problem, I have to assume they completely gave up all the Mac users.

My guess is they are testing the value in hiring os creators if mac users can get on a pc or mobile I can see Mac users being phased out. So For me, I will not purchase anything until it is fixed. Mac gamers are just as valuable.

This is nuts at this point. It’s been three weeks since the patch that broke the shop on Mac. You really can’t even be bothered to give an update after this long?

Obnoxious. “We’re working to quickly resolve this” feels fake when it’s been nearly a month. Blizzard is slipping again.
