Does staff even read this board? Are we just shouting into the wind here?

From my POV, there are two issues now:

1 - Shop being closed for Mac players for nearly a month

2 - And at this point, the lack of communication is a new and separate issue all on its own.

I can’t help but think that this never would have happened when Ben Brode ran the show.

I don’t want to believe :pray:t6: that you are trying to get rid of the (european) mac players (sure not the majority out there but with growing numbers) so i am forced to believe that your developer team is getting below average. :put_litter_in_its_place: :put_litter_in_its_place:

I have a mac and I don’t do phones of web clients. It has been several weeks! How long something like can take to fix? Jeez!
I guess it’s your revenues loss since I can’t get the battlegrounds pass!

Following the release of 29.4 this should now be fixed and the Mac Shop once again open for business.

finally … this was not really good, and lost my account in the process, got locked, 8 days later they fixed it… 10 years account locked, had to create new, spend more there, and now they give it back. Based on this, i think in 2032 (after the great reset), they will be a bit faster.

But they equally include LGBT people, feminists and black immigrants on their staff. Everything should run like clockwork. What else do you need? Patches? There is no time for such nonsense.

the game may not be working but at least they are not bigots
