When I launch the game after the latest patch, (Dragons in Battlegrounds) I will get into the main menu, and see my quest, and when I click to dismiss the quests my game crashes and gives me the error:
“We ran into a network problem as we were loading up all the cards in your collection. Please relaunch Hearthstone to access your collection and resume your duels!”
I tried deleting the game and reinstalling, but this did not work.
It happens on my iPad, aswell as my Macbook (Late 2013, Mac os 10.14.4)
It there anyway to fix this?

I am experiencing the exact same issue and I am playing the game on PC. It is quite frustrating and I have yet to find a solution.
Same issue since last night, got on for a little bit of battlegrounds after a few dozen tries but same again this morning.
Same Issue. Tried everything.
Happens when I try to play from my PC and phone.

We are looking into reports of this issue. In some cases we have found that using deck tracking software was causing problems. If you are using one of these programs on your PC please consider disabling or uninstalling them entirely to see if this helps resolve the issue.
If you continue to experience problems on Mobile devices please also take the time to go through the steps outlined in our “Hearthstone Crashes on Mobile Devices” troubleshooting guide.

hey, am experiencing same problem when running hearthstone on my laptop (windows 10) since the last update. tried to use scan and repair option in case some files got corrupted or something but it said all the files are fine and my game is up to date…

Hello Everyone. I still have the same issue even after uninstalling the deck tracker, but I think I might know how to work around it.
When you log in and have the quests showing for you. don’t click anything. Wait until the innkeeper says what he has to say, then if you click you will not get the message. I tried it few times and always worked. Hope it works for you.
It seems like something is still loading and you get that message when you quickly click the mouse when things haven’t been loaded yet.
Yes, I am facing the same issue, it’s been like that since end of February. I tried switching servers, that didn’t work either. Waiting for a fix! 
Hey, The same problem I had, I still couldn’t find a solution and turning off the deck tracker didn’t solve the problem.
Anyone have any other idea?
Same issue on android. No deck tracker or other 3rd party stuff. Went through the troobleshooting guide and lost yet another 2GB+ on my dataplan by reinstalling for nothing. Thanks a lot.
I’m on Mac and am also unable to start. I get my error right after it tells me what rank I reached last season. I tried to install a deck tracker a while ago, but it never did anything noticeable and I deleted it last week. Reinstalling also changed nothing.
Game crashes again and again, hearthstone if u don’t want us to play the game just shut it down and stop selling us stuff pls.

plss help us to connect to game
I got issue with connecting for several days.
Using PC Win 10 and Mobile Android. No other softwares.
On PC it was a fresh install. On mobile this happen after the update.
UPD. I guess there will be no constructive answer, thx for the support.
Same problem on my Xiaomi Redmi 7 phone. This is very annoying, and for almost a week now… I tried the recommendations from the other guide, none of them helped…
Hey Folks,
Our hearthstone team have found an issue which is causing this error for some of you. They are working on a patch but we do not have an ETA for that yet.
For now, we do have a few workarounds available which may help you play again:
- After starting hearthstone, wait on the quest screen for 2-3 minutes before clicking away. This should allow your card collection data to load and you should be able to proceed past this point
- Another option is to swap to another region (Europe, America’s, Asia) login fully, then swap back to your main region
Hopefully these workarounds do help those of you running into issues. Thanks for your continued patience as we look into this further.

I tried. I can’t enter another region normally. Same error while loading card. So that’s not the solution.
