Also my a70 gets the playful spirits, eastern is coming and spending that at work. Heck, it is going to be boring without HS, and workaround does not work.

Amother Samsung A70 user. Have tried wifi and without, reinstalled. Still cant get beyond being prompted to sign in.

I have been having the same problem for a couple of days now too. A70 user.

Just had an android update maybe that has something to do with it?

I have tried all the mobile troubleshooting techniques multiple times to no avail. Please escalate this to your specialists.

Its working but just workaround… clearing cache data after opening 3 times since login

Samsung A70 owner here as well. Updated my phone recently. Can’t login now. Everything is fine until I click login. Tried uninstalling and installing multiple times.
I tried to click I’m new and it seemed to work fine. When I click login it freezes and there is a small dot of weird graphics in the middle of the screen.

A70 user as well and have the same log in problem

Solution what worked for me:

Go to apps -> hearthstone
Then give hearthstone permission to access GPS while using the app and access to storage.

Launch Hearthstone
Say I’m new and then press on new to be appearing log in button at right top corner.

Never mind… worked for one game and next time signing in same problem… bye Hearthstone I’m going back to Magic the Gathering :wave:

Uninstalled the game and reinstalled - the app opens fine but as soon as I attempt to log in error message comes back and I am unable to open again. Over the course of 3 days I have been able to get in twice

  • I can log in and play a game or 2 but the second I get disconnected or my phone goes to sleep on the menu screen I am locked out.
    I’m back to the stage where the game opens but doesn’t allow me to log in or even bring up the popup for me to log in to.

Exactly the same here, also on A70. Hearthstone is the game I play the most, exclusively on mobile. Its also by far the game I invested the most money in. So fix this Blizzard

Can’t log in on iOS ipad air 4. Very often it screen freezes with an error message HS:CT;NetCacheCardValues=1

Closed:Your connection timed out as it was requesting data from Heartstone servers.

Blizzard CS has a habit of not reading the posts and pasting a generic template with zero value. Small indie company etc etc

We are having issues on mobile, not on PC!!! Fix it please

Totally same problem (A70), having spent so much time in this really lets you down that such a small problem cannot be fixed by blizzard,even tho its the only model being affected by this update
