Same problem Samsung A80, started after new Android Version (Android 10 , One UI-version 2) Still works on PC though.

Over 2 weeks now and no response from the so-called “technical support”.
Samsung won’t patch an update of their entire system just for one game so Blizzard please, get your act together!

Hello, I’m also having the same problem. Samsung a70 with a lot of free space.
I’ve tried to uninstall and reinstall, delete cash and data and restart the phone. Both on wifi and cellular.
Is there any update on the topic?

For people seeing this on Samsung A70/80 devices, it is indeed a known issue that is currently under investigation. You can find more information and the latest updates about it over in this thread.
I also have this problem on my A9 device but I installed it on my s8+ and it works so I guess its something about the A series recent update that screws the game up.
None of the resolutions blizzard suggest work and I think the only option is to wait for a fix from blizzard or just go back before the system update if it’s possible?

I have an A80 and struggled to get ot the log in page. The advice, tips and tricks given my this forum helped and worked. You guys absolute champs !!!
