This is very inconvenient

I didnt have any helpful response regarding my post. This is very inconvenient and i’m sure my device fully meets the requirements to run the game, meaning the problem is not on my end.

I would advice you to write to support. They are much more quicker in their response and normally helpful.

How do i write to them? I wrote to the e-mail address and they replied with “this e mail isnt used anymore try community” also when i access support all i see is troubleshooting and i cant find a way to connect to someone
