Trouble with battle net

I sent a message on the hs forum directly to the regional version, but they did not provide adequate help. Well during the update hearthstone was still 0%. I did all the steps except to reinstall the battle net. After completing the last step, I can not install even the launcher … it’s still 0%

Could you please check the taskmanager to see if there is any Blizzard related processes active? If so, please end them all. Please make sure that all relevant ports are open.

i added all Blizzard application,Voice Chat Blizzard,Blizzard Downloader and hs ports. When i not try install battle net, it has no open application
battle net.

Still this BLZBNTAGT000008FC, i remember that i remove battle net from control panel

So you are not able to connect the laptop to the router via cable? This might be an issue because WiFi is something we can’t troubleshoot and is actually below the minimum requirements for Hearthstone. If you have any chance, please try a cable connection to see if that changes anything.

yes, i connected laptop with router via cable, it is still BLZBNTAGT000008FC and when I restart my laptop and remove file battle net I see only 0%

Thanks a million for the data, although it is just the DXDiag. The data shows that your installed graphics card driver is from 2014. That is not the latest driver for your card. Please, update all of your drivers on the different manufacturers webpages. The one for NVIDIA can be found here for example.

Sorry for asking, but does that mean that you have a file that was written and you can’t move it? Or that the MSInfo can’t be written?
