Have the same issue on pc. mobile logs in no problem.

update. tried different region (default is europe), America works, Asia has connection issue.

update 2. works after rebooting my pc with a windows update ready and waiting for reboot.

patch notes show there is a bug causing this issue for some players. Blizzard says to re-install. I tried re-installing the battlenet app and the game. didnt work

Same issue! My main NA account works, but EU and Asia (my smurfs) give this message. Re-installed HS, didn’t help.

My main (US) displays this message but eu and asia work just fine. FIX PLEASE

I just down load the update in my pc and its work now in my phone

Same for me. Didn’t check other servers, but EU not logging in, says I gotta update my account. Please fix :slight_smile:
