battle.net installed an update - now I get this same error (EU server)

same here, new register acc can launch the game. My main acc in Eu serve doest work from last evening. so sad

I still experiencing the same issue.

I have the same problem on PC on mobile works fine.

Boys(and ladies), update the game on your phone and then launch the game on your phone. After it finishes downloading the update within the game on your phone, the game will start working on your pc as well. At least that worked for me, please pass along the help and repost if this helped you.

i cant launch even with my mobile phone

Can’t login even on mobile, game just says server problem logs out and then upon restart have to login to blizzard again and loops.

Can’t start the game on iphone. It’s too bad to know that I just topped up and bought the card pack. I am logged in from the UK. The problem occurs when I update the game from the Apple Store. Deleting the game and reinstalling it still doesn’t fix it. Disappointed with Blizzard.

Same here, my usual server (Asia) doesn’t work but other work just fine

I can’t start the game since the new patch of the game. I’ve a message like this : “NS:NGRESULT DATA MIGRATION OR PLAYER ID ERROR:314:0” and can’t log in the game i tried on mobile same as well.

Same issue here. It’s impossible for me to log on Europe and Americas since yesterday’s patch. But somehow I can still log on Asia. Which is sad, since the only server I play on is Europe.

I already got connexion issues in the past, and one of the answers I received in a ticket included this informationt: "you were running into issues due to the KR auth maintanence that is going on. As your account was created as a Korean account, and has some korean licences, it will be effected by such things even if you change your country. "

I’m wondering if other players locked out of Hearthstone since yesterday’s patch also created their account in a different zone than the one they’re playing on?

I’ve done all the troubleshooting possible. I wont enumerate them, because it’s a long list. All that could been done, has been done. This is server side. And the launch has been nearly 24h. I do understand how overworked all staff is now, and how frustrating this is for both sides, but this is unheard of. I also understand there is no point opening a ticket, as it would not solve anything, and would waste the techs time.

My only advice is that this game needs (not wants) a separate beta server where things can be “stress tested” and properly hashed out before a release. And it cant be “our favorite 20 streamers\influencers under NDA to showcase our product” test server. A proper beta server. Like it was done in WoW.

Extremely frustrated, but I do hope the tech team is on as a top one priority, as not a small slice of your playerbase is currently locked out of the game.
