Still unable to log in after the patch on the EU server ā€œNS:NGRESULT DATA MIGRATION OR PLAYER ID ERROR:314:0ā€ appears everytime I try to log in the gameā€¦ I wonder if I could play someday.

Also still unable to login since the patch. I have tried:

  • uninstalling and reinstalling the App (on Android)
  • logging into Battle.net on web to check my email is verified (suggested fix on Reddit but doesnā€™t work for me as my email is already verified)

Very frustrating to not have been able to play at all since updating. Can we get an official update or suggested troubleshooting?

Reinstalling on my Mac and then logging into any of my other devices fixed it for me.

Reinstalled it on my iPhone about 5x now and it hasnā€™t fixed it. Works fine on my iPad though.

Is there a solution yet? Got the Error on PC as well as on Android Pixel 6. Just wanted to come back after a few months break haha
