Not working! I can see my rank, but it says I can’t play. I tried the US server, but there I start completely from scratch, without money and heroes, as if I had never played it. This has been going on for 2 days

Same here. “Ready”-button not highlighted when trying to start qm and says “your selected hero is not valid” when doing a mo on button. US server works but there everything is from scratch. EU-server displays nothing. No heroes, no gold…nothing.
And ye…tried deleting the variables.txt and all that.
I have the exact same problem only in EU servers where all my progress is and purchased heroes are. What do we do now? Contact the support or delete the game an move to another suchlike game?
yup that’s the same for me my cousin can play fine and I don’t see anything on the EU server
is it even possible to get a answer to this? when the first post here is from 2019 with no proper answer
this is not a single issue 40% iof the playerbas ein EU has this issue, It’s a server side issue.
you should be lookign internally for a fix instead.
please let us know you’re working on a fix, because all these people complainign on the forum have this issue.
I have the same problem, it started 2 days ago, and can’t start a game, my heroes don’t load as well, Roster is dead too
My daughter has the same problem with her account, but my account is fine. We even swapped ours PC’s, but the problem remains.
I have the same issue, had started recently. My friends can play though. EU. Clean reinstalls did not help.
I deleted and re-installed the game, still same issue, and still no support from blizz. it´s ridiculos a big company like this can´t give us support.
I have a account with nearly every hero unlooked, and the same issue. Blizzard do something! Is there any way to contact support directly?
I opened a ticket, but they are as useless as you can immagine i’m not even sure i’m talkign to humans or AI at this point.
Please open more tickets, they do not believe me when i sa it’s a server account issue, so they should be looking up at the matte rinternally, rather than thiking it’s a PC issue. It’s not. New account works, old one does not, even on a differen PC\routher, as i went personally to my brother’s home to check it.
This thing is infuriating, we have so many players with issues, at least acknowledge you have a problem… all we ant is to be heard and listened.
Have the same problem, Europe region. Game unplayable, I’m unable to access my heroes, loot or start searching for games in any mode, all currencies disappeared, collections are empty. My husband haven’t any issues, we usually play together. I’ve switched to America server, where all works, but I don’t want to start from very begining again. Where is support?
Unable to play since yesterday because “shop was unavailable”, checked files, disconnected and reconnected, rebooted the computer. This afternoon, I was still unable to play. Tonight, my game profile has been wiped, I have a brand new profile, every progress was lost.
Literally the same issue as everybody else. I tried the solution provided here. Didn’t work. It’s definitely a server issue
I bet they got hacked and want to push it under the rugg. why shouldnt they even state a problem with thier servers?
Until now: no official statement, not one response from an emplye of blizzard to the many many players that wrote something here in the forum, they didnt took the server down to fix it, they dindt send an email, nothing… rly bad! if this continues, they might choke Hots to death. Player numbers seems to be stable in the past year, but there is soo much else to play and a big data leek could start the death sentence…
