They consider the maintenance cost for the server may be higher than the revenues
i won’t be surprised if they look for a sneaky way to kill this game once for all

My only solution was that I went to the Americas server and I can play there. The downside that in this case you have to start from the begining playing introduction games and starting from level one with no heroes… But you can play ARAM…

To be honest I’m really disgusted by their behavior.
I have two accounts, one is working but my main acc is not. No characters, can’t play, no loading shop. I tried everything? - deleting variables.txt, folders, fixing game, relog and log it multiple times, play training, changing regions…
AND MY MAIN ACC STILL DOESN’T WORKS. Second one work.
So I you want play this game so bad, create another acc. But for me tbh it’s hurtful, 'cause ima quite bonded to my main acc, and I still want my loots.
Support 24/7 doesn’t work. When I asked for remove parental control (which I swich on to test), they responded me in few hours, so SOMEONE IS WORKING THERE.

Yeah i’m never buying anythign blizzard again, after this. At least acknowlede the issue and work on a fix. i dont care if it take a few weeks, just acknowledge you have a problem

I ran into the same issue just now in 2025, if you wait long enough your currencies show, you can then cycle through the game types under the ‘Play’ section it fixed it for me. Seems like the games having loading issues. This could just be confirmation bias, and just needed to wait a certain period of time for assets or connection to servers or w/e to fully load.
Im absoluetely at a loss, ive done all the things. please provide solutions. perhaps I delete my blizz account and quit wasting my time with this bs
