I don’t really see how the other things are relevant if that seems to be a problem with your servers, seeing as it’s happening to people all over Europe just going by the locations ppl posted on this thread. A quick fix is much appreciated, this is just really frustrating.

Same here, this never happened to me before till today, in the last two hours it happened three times from which two was in a competitive queue. Now i’m banned for 30min. and lost 50 sr again.
Same here lost 100 or 150 sr i didnt checked it, and now 30 min bann GG i hope we will get back, perfect timing in the middle of summer!

I’m from Sweden and lost 50 sr and got a 10 min ban around 11:50 am local time. Please Figure out a way to compensate the sr problem. Was just about to climb back to GM…

Failed to connect to 3 games and lost 150 SR, and a 2 hour suspension till i can Q for comp again.

the ms is fine and everything is fine only problem is that i got to play a game win it and after it said failed to connect and i got banned for 10 mins so i waited and tried again in 1 hour i joinned another game it worked fine and bam later again it facked up so i lost another 50 rating so im down to 100+ rating or so and i really want them back so i can get to masters befor season ends this is unfair to all of us
The saddest thing is that they just cannot give you your SR back unless they backup the data. I believe so.
