this just happened to me, got a 1 hour suspension even though it didnt put me in a game… other words game is unplayable

If you keep playing and keep getting kicked out and banned… That’s mostly your fault. Wait till it’s fixed. Surely you aren’t that desperate to play.

This has been a known bug for a whole week now, just wait until the devs announce that it’s fixed before playing comp.

Applying Update bug. 2 out of 4 of our friend group got it. It’s on top of your suggested issues on the support page and it says it’s being looked into and even has a suggested “fix” to enter training mode or something before entering a queue when logging in.
When you know about the issue, and players are at risk to get BANNED because of YOUR games error, at least put a warning on loggin or something to give players a heads up. This is just lazy and pathethic. It’s the first time i logg on in a while and I was considering getting a season pass. This kind of thing is a HUGE negative and makes me re-think putting any time or money into the game…

I’ve been trying to play comp, but in the first minute someone disconnects, this happened to me 4 times tonight. I wonder if this is connected to this error.

This is a major bug, and you downplay it too much.
If I would punch you on the street cause I had a bad day, and you wouldnt know that, whos fault is that?

I have now been affected by this bug on two separate occasions. Received two separate bans of 15 mins which means I was not able to play with my friends anymore. It sounds ridiculous to me that a faulty server means that us players get punished by this. Atleast figure out a way to lift the bans or you will lose more players.

There also needs to be an adjustment to the penalty for ranking up as I am sure being a leaver has a negative impact on which rank you go after a series.

Second time today, wonder how for how long i will be banned this time.
This is really like a bad joke man, i’m losing points and being band over an unfixed bug.
