I typically don’t. I just popped here to see how people are handling Marvel Rivals dominating at the moment. Seems to me that some people are having a hard time.

Perfectly fine, with the odd strange fellow that likes to tell people that don’t really care how well another game is doing in some shallow attempt to get attention.
If you are enjoying MR, awesome stuff. Not really that relevant here, but awesome for you.
You don’t have to be “Emotional” in order to hate someone. Could just be… Hating someone purely on the virtue of the person being highly unintelligent.

Im half sure all the good tanks and dps went to marvel rivals and this game is now mostly supports players, just check the QP que times on 21:00 EU time lol.

6 min expected que time if you que supports cuz everyone is on supports.
And the dps’s players im getting are horrendous or flat out blizzard npcs.
Actually edit that, all good players left at this point.

I played like 7/8 games last night. Think longest queue was just shy of 3 minutes.
Solid games all night to. Bar one, where we just played like donkeys and fell over fast.
in all fairness, in marvel rivals you can get everything in the game locked behind a battle pass. No empty promises of PvE or a ton of skins in the store only available if you feel like the battle pass isnt showing enough support to blizz. Climbing ranked/Collecting skins are huge parts of the game for most people. Theyve messed up both of those systems so my friends are quitting cause of those things and im only getting more and more frustrated. So… Why play overwatch when you can play a similar game that supports their playerbase more?

Nope we played badly as a team, that includes me. Individuals did good things. But as a team we didn’t click and it fell over fast. Happens.
Cant say i have the same exp, for the last week, the quality of players is as if im with weekend only players all week long. Every game will have 2 dps that are 2 elims, be on all on one side or each team has one, healers that dont care about healing at all, tanks jumping in 1 v 5 etc.
I got feed up so im done with this season. Blizzard need to tighten their matchmaking, i would mind the 6 min ques (10 min for ranked) if the quality of the matchmaking was good(it wasnt)
Im abosltly sure that Marvel rivels took a good chunk of players from this game and blizzard need to do changes in contrast to that.
Like if blizzard actually wants to compeat with marvel rivals(that got nominated for game of the years recently), they should just bring out classic OW again, but pernament with no bs. Prob Ana patch or DF patch (game of the year patch)
I don’t think match making is to blame for people not having good games.
It took some, but not enough to make them overly bothered.
They aren’t even competing. It’s just twitter keyboard warriors that keep posting things comparing them.
The best thing OW can do, is take inspiration from things MR does that resonate well with their audience and carry on doing what they do.
2 kills the entire game is way above “having a bad game” They are litreally mostly trolls left. Also crappy healers that dont even attempt to heal anyone but the tank (biggest target infront of them). Feels like im playing 3 whole divisions lower post marvel rivels becoming popular.
Majority of the bigest streamers already flipped to marvel rivals and so is their fan base, prity much the fan bases that used to consume OW conent now flipped to marvel rivals and for the most of it they were the try harders in this game.
They should, its honnestly emberasing, all they did was give 3 free skins to compete and opened 6 v 6 in the most unfinished state it could, where now you have 2 immortal being that cant be CC’d and are nearly crit immune chasing you down.

I’ve played 2 sessions this week. Not seen any trolls, had some bad games, no leavers, no cheaters, a good number of whiners blaming everything around them.
If that’s the game they enjoy good on them. If it’s the one they’re going to play because it gets them more money, also good on them.
And yet, MR still waiting not just has more active players than OW…
Look, play what you enjoy, don’t waste your time comparing 2 games that aren’t competing and aren’t that similar.
The whole “my game better than yours” narrative is childish and cringe worthy. We’re not 6 year olds in the playground.
