brothers and sisters i have none
but the son of that man is my fathers son
Do you know what you remind me of right now? A kid who puts hes fingers in ears and yells “lalalalalala cant hear you” because hes out of arguments and realizes he was wrong but refuses to admit that.
That’s what I call being in denial .Bada, is in that denial zone now, and no matter what more you say won’t get him off that zone. He’ll just go around quoting phrases, to keep the conversation going
Well he already admitted that hes abusing the system because hes angry. So Id say hes not in full denial, hes just bit loco in the head.
Someone, someone… who claims having many smurf accounts in many elos is for smurfing. How curious.
Who claims that? Havent seen that being claimed here.
Hey BartFitz,
I’m a good smurf, I don’t take pleasure in farming lower level player’s
So this is very 'ard for me but I do not mind smurfing that much. It is annoying when it happens to me, and I think it should be banned but it also has a good side to it and it is impossible to ban all smurfs. So I’m just like… what now?
The smurfing problem is a hard one like I mentioned above.
There are 3 kinds of Smurfs, and a false positive Smurf.
-
The Good Smurfs: These are high level players that just want to try out a new hero and get good at that hero.
-
The Bad Smurfs: These are high level players that are on a new account to have fun with the lowbie players, and keep farming them.
-
The Good Turned Bad Turned Good Smurf: The harder kind that keep changing color like a Chameleon. They play good cop , bad cop and change behavior based on there mood.
The Other Kind:
False Smurfs : There are new players with sick mechanical skills that gets called as a Smurf, but they are not. Like if your used to flick shooting from games like Counter Strike, a lot of that will apply in OW aswell.
I am failing to see why someone trying out new heroes in a lower enviroment is good. You probably play an underutilized off-meta hero only, many “Hanzoonly” and “Torbonly” accounts appear in diamond and masters from the GM players who are good, but not good enough to actually get super high with said heroes. That’s not good. Making your stream or videos more popular - “better” - is also not helping the game, so that won’t turn them good.
You probably pull your team up, push the enemy down and promote any lack of teamplay by not switching. Yeah, great stuff going on.
Well the reason being in the higher ellos trying out heroes that your not used to playing can cost game, and be considered throwing. You can quickly land yourself an automated ban, because many people report you for not being a team player and deliberately throwing games.
So what other options left ? Start off with a new account and practice these new heroes.
Or they could play in high elos with your original account. These people are looking for the easy way out. Look at Fuey500 or Chro. Both are great players, both are pretty much one-tricks, barely ever joining voice chat. They get by.
Im failing to see why not. What if a mercy main decides he/she wants to practice mccree on your ranked game and plays 1000sr lower than mercy you would be pissed, right? You prolly would call the player a thrower, right?
Like I said, playing in the higher ellos with a new hero and not doing well on it can get people to get on voice and start screaming at you. Your costing others the game, at high masters / GM when you play a tracer at gold standards.
That way you’ll get reported enough to land yourself a ban.
No, because I usually don’t call people throwers, smurfs, toxic, or really anything. I am a very chill person in game.
Anyhoo, I think if there is a place for learning new heroes it is ranked. I guess I do see a point in your scenario however, since the two heroes are so different.
As far as Star goes, if you play a gold Tracer in GM you should fall out.
