You’re far from. Just please stop and accept you’re wrong for once. It’s ok to be wrong at times.
Yet my detail of the issue found matches perfectly to the dev comms - which I sent 6 days ago, precisely 5 days before these dev comms.
It must be the feeling of shame or embarrassment (or loss of pride) perhaps given that he was so confident that my assessment of my match was incorrect, yet the developer comms have come out proving that the issue I detailed proves that I was correct.
As Wolfebear states, it’s okay to be wrong.
I will always accept I’m wrong, when I am.
You’re assessment was incorrect.
You’ve now latched on to a small nugget, that wasn’t even about your games to claim something. That is called confirmation bias.
The best part is (apologise for the account swap not doing this on my phone…). Bubble has taken the quote completely out of context and tried to claim it proves that his games are scuffed…
“Looking at the high MMR group (GM players and above), roughly half of our matches have an MMR range of about 4-5 divisions, while 25% are at a difference of about 5-6 divisions and the worst 1% of matches are at roughly 10 divisions. Grouping behavior drives a large part of this gap – remember, in Masters, players can group with other players who are up to 5 divisions apart.”
The fully quote… They are only looking at the highest levels in this part of article. Literally nothing to do with our games. 1% of GM games are outside the normal tolerances, due to groups and I’d imagine time of day plays a part too (probably a few other bits too).
I get you had a bad game, but stop misrepresenting the information.
" Over the past week, we’ve made changes to the system that have brought down the skill gap between players in a match significantly for high and low MMR matches"
Again, high and low MMR, not mid. It barely impacts the mid because of the volume of players available (bell curve).
Look at the graphs, there is a low and a high graphic showing similar sways.
My scenario matches precisely the issue that the devs have made clear.
Yet clearly I hit that exact scenario that the devs have pointed out.
Np, you do you.
You guys are still going, huh…
Yes. Low and high. Not mid.
They are looking at match making discrepancies where there are the least players, as that is where issues are likely to occur as they adjust ranges to reduce queue times. Too many players in the middle for it to make much of a difference.
Confirmation bias. You had a game that didn’t go as you’d hope, you now latch on to this as a reason.
You guys should just agree to disagree at this point… none of you are going to back down
That’s just your terrible opinion.
I’m sticking to my opinion. It’s good that I have caught you out for lying - again, see below:
Lying? I’m literally just correcting you as you’ve taken snippets of quotes, out of context and used them to misrepresent a point.
I’m not giving an opinion, just stating what you’ve done and provided the full quote and explained it to you.
I’ve not given my option here on the match maker, but I did earlier on discord. I can copy paste it if you want to see what I really think of it.

There you go. That’s my opinion.
Clearly that is just your opinion, that is not correcting me. The fact is, the issue I pointed out matches precisely what the devs have pointed out.
Fairs, nice to see your opinion. Tbf your language on previous posts suggests your opinion which matches your ibb links.
The Devs have pointed out that at the highest and lowest MMR, 1% of games were found to be out of wack.
Not your games. As again you’re misrepresentating what was said and suffering confirmation bias. I know you want to be right, but the data provided by the Devs in that post is about a very small portion of the player base, not you or I. It is some interesting nuggets of information, but it actually doesn’t mean a lot.
The language used was English and not relevant to the opinion. That is again just you trying to misrepresent something, in order to spin your own narrative.
Hysterical. That would be you. Just accept you’re wrong and move on. This trolling spam isn’t needed, and it’s really childish.
I wasn’t though. Your friend just took a nugget from the update and did fully represent what was said, so it did himself in there.
It happens, he is desperate to say “i was right” and latched on to it. I don’t judge him for it, but it was pretty clear what they were talking about.
We don’t need him to accept he was wrong, as we can see he is wrong. The whole forum can see that hei s wrong. The scenario that I pointed out 5 days before the comms, matches precisely what the developer comms have reported.
He is just trying to take nuggets from the update to reject what I’m saying.
He is desperate to say I am wrong - abit like the defect that I called out at the start of the season, where players were getting ranked at Bronze 5. He was telling everyone that it was down to their matches and their skill/ability, but guess what, the developers released a patch which fixed this issue.

Prove that I was wrong at any single point on these forums, with evidence.
He is just trying to take nuggets from the update to reject what I’m saying.
No. I posted the whole paragraph so you could have the whole context. You thinking the data was relevant to you is your mistake to make.
Now you are just cross linking threads (bit of a forum no no) that aren’t even relevant, just you trying to take some high ground that doesn’t exist.
No high ground, just proving that you’re a liar and not credible.
aren’t even relevant
Relevant to prove that you’re not credible, and that you lie.
Prove that I was wrong at any single point on these forums, with evidence.
We don’t need him to accept he was wrong, as we can see he is wrong.
Oh 100%! I’m sure many see how wrong he is. Gotta be pretty special to think otherwise. It’s very sad and desperate but I guess some people crave attention.
(bit of a forum no no)
Like trolling, and constant spamming like you do. The hypocrisy.
Thats the only game you have, try to discredit. Even when you failed the simple task of taking the whole update in context.
And you have your little buddy insulting people trying to do whatever it is he does when hes not teaching PE or whatever his job is.
