Hi, since yesterday I cannot play Coop game. Kept saying Temporary problem or request cancelled. A few other in the chat also saying that too. What is going on? But some people said they can but most of us can’t. Please fix this. Everything was fine until Yesterday.

Same here. Tried multiple times to search a Co-op match but no success.
Please Blizzard fix this problem
yesterday i have been playing sc2 as usual but then i tried joining a lobby in the arcade and the game was stuck on enetring lobby so i had no choice but to exit the game
when i tried to re open the game it kept getting stuck on “connecting to blizzard servers”
my internet was fine and whenever i tried playing a diffrent game then there were no issues at all.
then i re insatlled sc2 and yet nothing i even scanned and yet nothing.
im also a bit worried that my campign progress and coop data will be deleted now but ppl have told me this data is saved and can be open in any computer.
is this problem accured to anyone else on the EU servers or its just me?
and if so pls blizzard fix this.

Having the same issue, Loads untill connecting to blizzard services and goes no futher, internet connection is fine.
Hi I get same thing it works if I change to Asia region. My profile does not exist on that region so not great but playable. Looks like a Blizz server issue with certain regions/accounts not being able to log in properly. It has been 2 days that this issue is happening.

I have got some problem since yesterday and can’t start Starcraft 2 , When i start i always come to this “Connecting to blizzard services” And have tried to reinstall and the same thing happend again!

While waiting I tried going through some of the FAQs. I found 3 IP addresses for European servers.
- 185.60.112.158
- 185.60.112.157
- 185.60.114.159
All provided on Blizzard’s support page.
Pinging them shows no problems. Not even high latency.
I ran tracert on all of them to see individual hops and where it would have any problems. It doesn’t seem to show any connection issues with the server so it’s almost 100% on Blizzard’s side. For some reason Blizz servers refuse to authenticate certain users. No time outs, nothing.

Having the same issue here. Can connect to US and KR, but not to EU.
@Blizzard support: The situation seems to be similar or the same like the one you had last year with the US server. It seems there was an issue with 1 of the servers which was fixed. This might help you find out what’s happening right now and fix it quickly:

On Saturday it was fine for me, but this morning till now I can’t log in to the game (currently playing offline with AI). I try “Scan and Repair” but did not help. Let’s hope for Monday.

I think the reason why everyone is mad, is because connecting to the US or KR works, but our progress of what we have done on EU is not there! Why is there different profiles on different regions in the first place? I doubt people would have minded to connect to the US and still be able to play co-op normally! 
Same problem here for 24 hours now. Trying to log in to the EU server just throws a “connecting to Blizzard Services” message and never connects. Tried all suggestions I can find but nothing work so far.

Can’t connect to Coop with the message: “There was temporary problem with your request. Please try again.”
An other player, in the same network, same router, same room can play Coop without problems. Repair and reinstall doesn’t fix this issue.

It’s been one long day now, is anything being done at all about this. My game is broken 
Exactly the same issue, I can’t connect to the Europe server, but it does allow me to connect to the Asia and America’s server. My internet connection is good. Thus being able to connect to other servers.

same isssue, i can play diablo on eu server but i cant play sc2. also i can play sc 2 on america’s server

I have more than one account, one works, one doesn’t.
