I can’t launch the game due to this error Message and I’m forced to close it using task manager. I’ve updated all my drivers to see if it would fix the issue. Any clues on what I can do?

Same issue with me. I’ve contacted them. They haven’t got back. I looked online and troubleshooted all the options. nothing. I’ve asked for a refund

Hi there,
So there’s a couple of potential fixes or workarounds when you run into this problem.
- Use the Windows Sound Troubleshooter by right-clicking on the speaker icon located on the taskbar and selecting Troubleshoot Sound Problems.
- Change the speaker mode from Quadraphonic to Stereo.

I have the same problem and these solutions have not worked
I’m having this exact same issue since the latest update. I’ve followed all of your instructions but nothing has worked. Sound works on everything else and every other game on my PC.
Any further suggestions please?
