Update: since we had so much fun, we’re doing this again in two weeks (05.09.2020)
This time, we will go with fresh level 20 Allied Race characters right away.
- Only the gear they already have on creation
- Heirloom weapons are allowed if you want to switch spec
- No enchants, no additional gear, no other heirlooms
- No professions or whatever - just the character, freshly created

Some are relatively fast to obtain (Nightborne, Void Elf, LF Draenei, Highmountain) and you still have two weeks of time 
I think Lightforged is the overall fastest but you need a 120 Alliance to complete the quest. But Nightborne shouldn’t take more than 1-1.5 weeks either
