Yes they do, if you create an Allied Race character, it’s instantly level 20 and has an ilvl of 12 with pretty distributed stats

Choosing PVP talents is fine. Thanks for asking, I will add this to the post later to clarify

Our main goal with choosing 20s is to remove gear divide. The extra rules are to “not create pvp twinks” as that ruins it

Oh please, the main reason for doing allied races only is to remove the Horde’s access to Blood Elves, which we all know is the number 1 source of Horde Bias and the true reason for the Horde’s superiority :stuck_out_tongue: You will attempt to be superior with your discount emo elves, but you’ll never win! :wink:
