I could eat quite a lot of that but why are there giant lemons with strawberries in them?

Oh no no, this has actual butter and lots of it on it. Its quite tasty over bread.
Egg butter Finnish: munavoi, is a mixture of butter and chopped hard boiled eggs. It is a well known spread in Finnish cuisine and Estonian cuisine.
The combination of eggs yellows with butter also has the effect of rising ones cholesterol
