Clearly, exclusive early access of new content, (bug free of course!) just for them that should also carry over progress to cataclysm itself.

I love finding bugs. It makes me feel like the testing is worth while.
However I have done enough alpha and beta testing to know what I am in for.
It honestly feels like the a large portion of the Classic testing pop donāt understand testing.

yes you would need two of a unique equip axe 
I used to do alpha/beta testing for Impressions, Tilted Mill & Firefly many years ago and it was really hard work ā¦ the bonus was that you got to see the game first but you also had to work hard once you got the opportunity and there were a lot of discussions with the devs to make sure they understood the exact problem.
I have beta tested a couple of WoW expansions but it seems different somehow. A lot of people complain at every little thing that goes wrong and donāt understand what theyāre supposed to be doing. I wonder how many bugs they report ā¦

Iāve almost stopped reporting bugs in betas/PTR because so many times theyāve gone live either way, lol.
Like BFA, there was a specific faction change bug I ran into on the beta, if you faction changed just as you got your heart of azeroth that would make you get stuck in the quest line because you already had the heart but your quest progress got reset and you had to do the quest to get the heart of azeroth again and you couldnāt progress it because the heart was unique and couldnāt be destroyed, so you couldnāt get the heart again because you already had it and thus were unable to progress the quest. This actually went live.
The season 1 holy priest set now in DF never got fixed as far as I can remember, despite me reporting it over and over that itās not reducing the cast time properly.
Feeling like healers get screwed over in some world events. This is the 3rd time this month I did a Time Rift on some alts (specifically healers) and after finishing killing the boss in a random group I get no Dilated Time Pod nor any Paracausal Flakes on top of that, making my time and effort gone to waste.
Thereās a new Plunderstorm subforum, but it will likely not do much to alleviate the spam of complaints in GD.
I feel i am excluded from the new rewards on the event. I am not a PVP player and I can get to a certain # by just killing NPCs, but I doubt Iāll be last (wo)man standingā¦

I might say that was soul crushing
one particular insisting player pestered me right at the start and i ended up being just 1 level below the other 3 players in the last circle because of that.

Iām happy to try the new thing (though itās not remotely what I was expecting) but why canāt I do it as Ananda? Iām at work so havenāt tried it but, from what Iāve read, Iām going to be a different character. Itās the same as the main Kyrian side questline in SL. I was expected to be someone else to beat bosses. I donāt want to be someone else. Itās taken me a long time to get Ananda to the stage that Iām happy playing her and understand how she works. I donāt want to be someone else, I want to be me.

You just make a char, can be a draenei with the same customisation as Ananda then go into the plunderstorm as level one and get plunder to level up as go along along. You always start at level one each game so everyone is at equal footing when you drop in but you need to be a combination of quick and lucky to grab plunder and survive. So far Iāve got to 10th place before getting killed through a combo of running, hiding and pure luck

I just never liked these types of games.
Its okayāish until Iām pretty much forced to go where all the players are and Iām just not into PvP anymore. So I just spam spells and hope to die quick.
Could have been more fun if they made it like islands for us PvEārs. Join up with a group, have crazy spells like Torghast, do certain objectives quests and tackle mobs, elites, bossesā¦
Oh well, farm this crap for the collectibles and loathe most of that time it is.

Venthyr Assault being up.
I found tree players in General Chat to summon the rares; if the Venthyr Assault wouldnāt have been up I could have been able to kill Exos the last rare I need for the Maw achievement.

yes i cant understand that. a lvl 1 tesla would be happy to try this new environment.
Itās been a great experience seeing the community having fun, posting about your wins, creating lists of the best builds, and taking to the forums with thoughtful feedback.
I know, corpo speakā¦ but holy hell that sounds tone deaf.

No there are genuinely alot of people enjoying it, it is niche so I suspect they knew a fair amount of people werenāt gonna vibe with it so as long as the complaints doesnāt go over the expected amount theyāll consider it a win, as they should with this hyperspecific game style
