Today, I found that running thorgasht does not always drop a renown if you’re above 60.
Which kinda sucks, because there are no efficient renown catch up systems.
I found it out the hard way.
The only things that gave me renown from 65-ish onwards were callings, Maw assaults, weeklies and LFR kills.
Check what you haven’t done yet and do those

ELVUI for example is VERY taxing if your system can’t cope.
I don’t use that one.

Maybe it’s the one for unit frames. I disabled all of mine elvui, shadow something, because my potato laptop cant cope

Don’t tell me you can’t bear 9 bosses one-shot and maybe a wipe or 2 on Sylvanas… 
Fortunately there are plenty of other activities you can do to grind renown in game without having to resort to LFR 
Level 30 flying is annoyingly slow
