The choice will be two old PvE servers and the new fresh servers. This will be enough. All three current PVE servers are experiencing declining populations since February. It’s more prominent in Nethergarde keep.
The long and short of this is that he does not want to pay. And for this reason all the rest of us shall have no freedom of choice even when we are willing to pay for it.
Playing on a new server is NOT an option if you want the achievements.
There is nothing wrong with me not wanting to pay to transfer off a dying server. I think I can safely presume that many people do not want the achievements and just want a fresh server in hope that the economy will not be ruined.
I see not much wrong with you not wanting to pay - everybody likes a free lunch now and then. BUT the thing to ask for then is free transfer, not to ruin other peoples’ freedom of choice by asking for a merge.
Your presuming what people want or not is just as good as mine and I’ve heard rather much talk about Achievements and Feats of Strength since Wrath Classic was announced.
I at least am almost exclusively into it for Achievements after seeing what mess-up Wrath Classic is to become. And I won’t have those that matters to me on fresh.
Economy … well it will be ruined. It’s only a question of how long it’ll take the bots, especially helped along now by the Joyous Journey buff.

Thank you for your opinion. I’m not asking anything beyond what Blizzard is doing. Blizzard is offering free transfers and then merging servers. I’m asking the same for my server. That’s all. Take care.

well that shouldn’t happen as it’s a RP-PVP realm not just a RP realm but yeah nothing makes sense anymore. if people come back from breaks etc that like pvp and stuck on a Rp realm which isn’t hugely populated, I don’t think they’ll be best pleased.

They would be more miserable on a non-RP and single faction realm that has PvP in the name only as a token
