I can understand the reasoning for increasing the EXP amount on a limited duration server. However could there be some thought to the hardcore characters? I decided I wanted to try and get a char to 60 without dying recently, I’m currently level 20. I feel this has cheapened the achievement (If I do complete it) Could there be an option to select which EXP rate you want?
This way everyones happy, those that want to just get to 60 can in good time and HC can complete their challenge

I feel cheapened adn cheating as well doing Iron Man (which is a kind of hardcore hc 
) on SoM but I like the buff - so I have a dilemma. This would so solve it for me.
Hmm maybe they could add a server with faster exp and one with normal rates for the next season. Only issue is that would mean splitting the playerbase, but they already do a really good job with that by always launching too many servers so who cares.
why split the playerbase when those who are undertaking a self imposed challenge and reduce their XP gains?
This is exactly why I stay in Classic Era.
