Not really - just remove race lock for all forms, create a subset of generic forms for all races. Done, people get the freedom of selecting all available forms at the barber.

Yes please. They broke their own lore arguement many times, it’s time to do away with it. At the very least, give us a lot more combinations. I can understand the difficulty with Druids and potentially Demon Hunters but aside from that I see no reason.

Kinda agree there , elf shaman is weird, so will be a tauren rogue, or dh . Gnome druid also kinda doesnt work for me .
But undead paladin is kinda…why not ? U have holy priest undead, how is it that different from (holy) paladin ?

I think for this to work successfully, they would have to remove racial abilities as well, or atleast remove their use in arenas and raids. I dunno though, I like the racials. I would also like to be a pandaren druid.
