10.0.7 Releases the 22th of March! 10.1.0 Announcement and M+ Dungeon pool (+ No affixes) in Season 2!

Prepare to return to the Forbidden Reach and uncover more secrets of the Dragon Isles and the Dragon Aspects. Patch 10.0.7 also includes Orc & Human Heritage Armor, the Winterpelt Furbolg Faction, New Monk Races, significant class changes including the Retribution Paladin rework, and so much more!

Patch 10.1: Embers of Neltharion will continue our journey taking us deep beneath the Dragon Isles in pursuit of the Primal Incarnate Fyrakk! Patch 10.1 is the first major content patch for Dragonflight and contains a significant amount of content including:

  • New Zone, Zaralek Cavern, as well as additional quests and story content.

  • New Raid - Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible and Season 2 Tier Sets

  • New Mythic+ Dungeon Rotation including the remaining 4 Dragonflight dungeons.

  • New Outdoor Content including a new Renown Faction, Dragonriding updates, and Fyrakk Assaults.

  • Systems Updates including Class changes, Cross-Faction Guilds, UI Improvements, and so much more…

    • There’s a new cloud serpent-inspired drake coming, as well as new glyphs to learn and new races to tame.

In patch 10.1.0, Be ready to go back in time to do Dungeons from Legion, BFA and Cataclysm with:

  • Neltharion’s Lair (Legion)
  • Freehold (Battle for Azeroth)
  • Underrot (Battle for Azeroth)
  • Vortex Pinnacle (Cataclysm)

And the 4 other dungeons from Dragonflight’s pool are:

  • Halls of Infusion

  • Brackenhide Hollow

  • Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr

  • Neltharus

Seasonal Affixes will no longer be a thing in Embers of Neltharion (By this i meant afgixes like Thundering)

lol I just created a topic on the No affixes myself. I am really happy about this and I may even get back into doing some m+ next season. To me that is really great news.

Also: Seems like we are getting the Slitherdrake after all :partying_face: :snake:

And they are trying to make all Mounts avaiable for Dragon riding too!!

  • There are challenges to making all mounts function as dragonriding mounts, such as animations, but they are exploring it.

i guess for most it will be get to KSM and then do 1 16 or 18 Freehold and thats it for week

semi disappointed to hear no more seasonal affixes because I quite enjoyed S4 bfa / s2 s3 SL because of the seasonal affix.

however on the flip side some of them were also pretty awful (thundering, infested, prideful) so maybe it’s just better to have blizzard make no decisions than risk a coin flip for whether its a great or awful affix.

It’ll be interesting to see what changes they have in mind for Brackenhide since they didn’t wanna say what their plan was.

It’s really strange (and not good) that there was no official announcement with the devs talking, but only this.

I really think it’s time for Warcraft 4, Warcraft that’s not the Netflix adaptation but actual Warcraft again, damn. No offense to anyone playing them but when I saw that Dracthyr race my heart just sank and knew I’d never buy another retail expansion again, what an awful direction this game’s taken.

No affixes? Interesting.

I’m honestly fine with affixes with a negative and positive side or no affixes, but i’m glad to see them “reworked” If this is true. Seriously, there is nothing fun about affixes, they are just small annoyances to be dealt with. Doing them correctly don’t reward you with anything. They don’t feel good to do correctly at all. If the benchmark for a good affix is one that you don’t really notice much, then it’s already a fail.

I also really like both freehold and underrot.

8 hours patch day, then 3-4 hours every second day to fix all the bugs ^^

I love when ppl missinterpret something or just straight up lie or clickbait …then others comes in with an expectstions, take it as an fact and then throw surprised pikachu face when they finds out op was bs-ing, and then create topics with title of “WTF blizzard YOU said NO!! afixes in s2, you promised.!!”

While they didnt said that at all…only seasonal afixes are gone.
