10.2? dragonflight as a whole had no content. lame story and catch up mechanics were the main features of every non major patch

I am still levelling the main factions, there is a lot to do
I’m going to throw this out there, but going off the OP’s character, they’ve not touched 90% of the content within the game.
They’ve bought gold to pay for them to get boosted from heroic raids and high key Mythic+ dungeons and then whine, when there is nothing for them to do.
Hell, you have alts to create, you have old expansions to go through to experience the story, get transmogs/mounts etc.
But then again I’ve also noticed this OP does like to whine a lot from the previous threads they’ve created or posted in.

I’ve said it before and I will say it again. Yes, WoW has focused more on vertical progressions and it’s a theme park MMO rather than a sandbox MMO.
While theme park MMOs and vertical progression are more appealing to the average player out there, they have an obvious disadvantage. Once you finish them, that’s it… Anything will appear to be meaningless.
What we need is a combination of all the aforementioned MMO aspects. Sure, have vertical progression and your theme park in the form of dungeons, Raids and the campaign. But also give the tools to the community to do their own content by making some parts of the game “sandboxy”. Also, a bit more focus on horizontal progreession for more character choices wouldn’t hurt either.

puny not everyone is a drone, some people play games for actual content, not to repeat the same activity for 1000000th time just to get that 1% chance drop, while things like that indeed are needed in mmo rpgs, don’t expect all people to consider it a content.

I mean seeds are important to do 5 times a week - you get major reward for this and it’s unworthy to do beyond 5-10 seeds a week.
Elites there literally have NOTHING to offer for you, unless you are druid. For a reason elites there are ignored half of time.
You don’t have to grind ANYTHING there, it’s enough to log in for 1 hour a week for a month to do everything there.
Main Quests + Side quests there are max 2 hours of gameplay.
Season 3 is literal joke, easiest in years, you can have 30 team deaths and still time a 20+key
It’s 3rd week, I have all 20+ timed (everything in pug), heroic+ quality gear, 18 renown on dream ( without even trying ) and honestly Idk how blizzard expects players to continue playing til x month of next year just to log in for another minor patch with 1 hour of content.
If blizzard wants to release such patches they better change all silly achievements to quests or something because people have to do achievements to feel like they have any content to do
There is 2 more patches to come and another season but yes it is sparse on what to do.
They already admitted this expac is a refresh and learning curve to get it right for TWW with more content for solo players.
Some people ate the bait, blizzard is not releasing more content at all, they release even less of it but more often, in the end of they day we still got more content previously. At least before bfa ( when game started dying because of content draught )

What bait i may ask ? there is 2 more minor patches with some content,and a 4th season.
That died due to azerite gear and power and forced grind. And the game has been dying since vanilla 2006 according to some.
4th season? we used to get new raid, dungeon and zone as new season, not a recycle of raids, fated sounds like they ran out of budget, its something that would be good to fill a gap, not to replace actual season, and we should get one more raid and season in df, not fated - without delaying release of next expansion ofc
expansion used to be 10+ dungeons and AT LEAST 4 huge raids and one small
We used to get meaningful systems mid expansions.
2 more minor patches… yes, what will they offer? 1 hour of content MAX. please remind me what we got in 10.1.7? Compare that to suramar with amazing lore, long, interesting questchain and vibe before we got nighthold or whole argus at the end of expansion, emerald dream is NOT COMPARABLE TO ARGUS IN TINY BIT.
same goes for zaralek which became wastelands 4weeks after patch release, FOR A REASON.

No idea why you feel the need to shout at me , but i am just passing my subjective view. If people like you and breaths are not happy make a stand with your wallet and unsub and hope they change.

I won’t quit wow yet because I care about this game, If i didn’t I wouldn’t waste my time on forums
legion was the last decent expansion and numbers also showed it.

As an alliance i had no interest in the Baine questline in the ohn’aran plains. Yet, i didn’t act entitled and understood that not all content is made just for me.
Honestly, some of you. You rushed through the content in 2 weeks and now you got no content. Funny how that goes.
It’s impossible to deliver content at the same pace as people no-life consume it.
Suggestion: Don’t rush it or go play alts.

If all you want to do is just a small part of the current content, you cannot expect any content patch to keep you engaged for long.
You can expand on other aspects of the current content, farm old content or unsub and play other games while waiting.

the expansion had no content after the first week. imo the worst last (main) patch since forever.
