I’m not too familiar with exactly how the honor system works but will it not take longer than that?
I recall that you get a certain amount of honor for being #1 on your faction but it’s the same and capped amount every week so is it not going to take a lot longer? I recall it taking 3 weeks to get from Marshal to GM.
You obviously don’t understand how the ranking system works, because it’s not possible to get r14 yet, the amount of rank points you get for the week (to rank up) depends on what bracket you land in at the end of the week and this amount is fixed.
Plus, the higher the rank you are, the more decay you have to fight against to rank up.
Take a look at this link which could explain it better than I ever could.
Also. Usually being standing 1 requires extreme hours of play. Like at least 15 hours per day, every day of every week for the duration of the ranking. Assuming 12 weeks that would be 1260 hours (or 52.5 days) of playing. And that’s not considering the amount of gold spent on consumables and the time it took to farm said gold for that.
Getting R14 12 weeks after the honor system is released is no joke and will probably require more than the 15 hours per day in my example.
the majority if not all of the players with high ranks before bgs was from ganking unfair wpvp chaos. nothing to be proud of. im not really jealous of their ranks and strong gear as tbh thats not why I play. iplayed to enjoy the game and there was no fun being on the minority faction last few weeks, i rerolled alliance on a pve realm and i enjoy the world again and look forward to the short queues and accessible world. in short i agree with the post lol at those nolife (miserablelife) rankers
It’s just the first few ranks you can skip, 1-4 easy to skip it’s always been like that. The rest are harder, right now yes you can skip 2 ranks the next week. But trust me it’s getting alot harder, ranks 7+ is where it gets grindy beyond belief. Pretty soon it will be 1 rank per week or 1 rank per 2 weeks for alot of people.
