10k queue on Gehennas. Still abysmal and embarrassing.
Just to cover some basics:
Q: Why didnt you choose a low pop server
A: I did. Me and my friends did name reserve on Shaz, Golem and Gehennas.
Believe it or not, Gehennas was the low pop server, which we switched from Shaz to Gehennas at lauch.
Q: Why dont you re roll?
A: I have friends who are lvl 35+ already. They wont reroll. So I wont. Im sorry I have RL friends and a life.
Q: Why dont you clean the house or smthing
A: I clean my house when I want to and i wanna play when I want to.
Ill post this everyday untill queues become normal.
This… Today i was like “wooh just 1k at 13:00 server time, on golemag? Have i loged to right server? what an improvement” , then later ques were back to normal 13k during the day and basicly if u log later than lets say 15, u wont play that day..
I dont give a damn f about feund, what i want is to be able to play when i want and when i can play, 13e is nothing for me, on the other hand my time is pretty precious for me, so at this point simple “we are sorry for ques and are looking for fix” would realy be much better than refund, i want fun with friend, not 6e..
What people want is to play the game when they want, and not having to wait for 5+ hours just to get into the game. Also, people get regularly disconnected while in queue and when they recconect they don’t allways resume the queue, sometimes they get thrown all the way back to the beggining.
Blizzard, or Activision, had 8 days, 6 of them working days, to come up with a solution to queue problem, but as far as I can tell it seems that they don’t even consider it a problem to begin with.
Then again they (Blizzard) are in a clear breach of European legislation (Consumer protection act), which they know, but they also know we are individuals with bigger life problems and that we don’t have the time or organization level to pursue justice in cort of law, so they know they will get away with it.
We can do whatever we want, but according to blizz, classic a free feature they offer you when u pay you subscription for retail, i know i know.. You subbed for classic only not for retail, same. But u cant demand refund, u cant sue them, because after all u paid for retail that is working fine and u can play whenever u want, classic is “free” bonus..take it or leave
I was an idiot and took a few days off work, levelled on a realm that my friends chose. No queues as I got up 6am everyday to play. Now I’m back to work I’m cucked and feel depressed levelling again
same m8… It really sucks. I do not understand how the hell blizz can’t address this. They have had character transfers for over a decade they should be able to easily apply it to classic
my life story. come home from work, q, walk dogs, make dinner, still at 5k, watch it for 2-3 hours, get to front, have to go to sleep cos work tomorrow…
I don’t get whats so unfeasible about making new servers and allowing people to freely transfer for a period of time? I get the point that if player numbers drop in a couple of months it could be problematic but with the just literally impossible to attend school/work/have any irl commitments and play right now they should be doing more.
Also I sincerely doubt blizz is violating any EU laws (I mean they probably violate competition authority law but so does every business with a customer).
