Spending more money than someone else doesn’t give you more rights than others. This is coming from someone who pays 3x expansion and 3x sub every month. Also own all store items. I should be treated the same as someone who is free to play when it comes to the rules.
2 years for a first offence is harsh though.

Wrong,i personally scheduled a callback with blizzard for tomorrow because of a in game problem im having.
To the op :
Should have been banned for life to make a lesson for others cheaters in future.

no, they do not. the amount of money you spend on the store does not make you special and lets you circumvent penalties, everyone is equal and rules are rules.
shouldnt it rather leave you with a bad feeling that your son cheated in a video game instead?
shouldnt it make you happy that blizzard actually enforces rules?
well, you both should have read the tos because then you should know what possible consequences he was potentially in for as account sharing is explicitly against the tos.
bottom line is, your child had literally no reason to cheat except “i want the rewards right now!!”.
mage tower is a solo experience so the hours they work are irrelevant. also mage tower is available again and again so if he didnt manage to get the rewards now, he will have chances to get them in the future.

He probably got shorter bans before that and didn’t tell you about it.
Yes, the whole joke is to write it wrong so someone corrects it.

Anyway he got no time for wow as you said.
So here you go a little help, to get off the wow.
Absolutely, but Blizz gotta take some more action at the time of the crime by removing the adverts in game. They don’t
Cheaters should be banned, I totally agree though.

This sort of mentality appeals to cheaters and makes it more appealing to cheat since there is no punishment.
It spreads out even outside of gaming to many things in life, like reckless behavior, bad grades, skipping classes, reckless driving etc and thus why we get repeat criminals, cheaters, plagiarizers and more.
One of the main sources of this foul behavior stems from overprotective apologetic parents, and to me those are the worst people.
Instead of standing behind your kid and showing displeasure with blizzard, how about you teach them not to be a cheater in the first place.
Also chances are " first time I swear " is most likely a lie.

maybe he bought some gold prior this ban and now he went all in with rmt and account sharing. Only your son and blizzard knows the truth.
So as a father you have never thaught your kid about the consequences of cheating? What kind of parenting do you have going on there?
Do you teach him the value of money over morals then?
And if he has so little time to play, why play it at all then?

son is over the age of 18. Time you let him make his own mistakes, and deal with the consequences for himself

Or in this case:
Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
Again this is a troll post, banns that got inc is 30 days or 6 months, there is no 2 years

Read the OP’s edit. It’s (not) been sorted. As in the ban stands.
Still 2 years is troll, there is no 2 year banns, stop feeding it.
