20 level Starter Edition guys have 50 ilevel items and kill everything in 20-49s BGs with 1 shot. This should be threaded as an exploit. Just make their items with normal scaling for 20s.

Well, this guy has normal gear. Here’s the Legion gear and Azerite, that’s the problem.
