Rated Solo Blitz the winner/loser divide

I lost my chance to reach 2.4k and get 2 titles for collection and probablly never gonna have them. I had win streak and when winning I was gettin 20-22 rating, when losing my rating was unchanged. After few loses I got lose streak and feeled like someone turned lever I started losing 7-15 rating and for winning I was gaining only 7. Every game I join now Im the highest MMR person in a group, half of people are 1.7k.
