Rated Solo Blitz the winner/loser divide

I lost my chance to reach 2.4k and get 2 titles for collection and probablly never gonna have them.
I had win streak and when winning I was gettin 20-22 rating, when losing my rating was unchanged. After few loses I got lose streak and feeled like someone turned lever I started losing 7-15 rating and for winning I was gaining only 7. Every game I join now Im the highest MMR person in a group, half of people are 1.7k.

You got a lucky win streak, your MMR went up so you weren’t losing rating. Then you got a bad luck losing streak and your MMR went down so now you are losing rating.

Working as intended. What exactly is the point of this post?

This shouldn’t work like that, especially while you play with 7 other randoms who may ruin your rating gains.

It should work like that, if you don’t want randoms ruining your win streak then don’t play blitz …

I’m sure you’ll obtain it, week 1 of season is nearly over, but you got months ahead of you, just keep trying and you’ll get there

just because you got lucky and got carried doesn’t mean you deserve rating. Keep pushing and learn how bgs work. Call incs, lead, make plays etc. Then you’ll naturally climb.

its the 6th day of the season and you’re 2350 in blitz as MM and you don’t think you’ll be able to get 2400 given 1-2-3-4 months of inflation?

I’ve heard similar stories from people on Discord. Just from a mathematical point of view, this system works as intended I guess, it is bad/good luck if you get a streak. A lot of people are reaching 2,2k+ in the first days of the season, people who had never seen 2k+ in their life. So yeah, ratings in Blitz are very RNG by nature
